Biofiller, a natural, biocompatible alternative to traditional filler.

Biofiller uses a refined extract of your own platelets and fibrin, formed into a smooth gel and placed exactly where natural volume has been lost. Soft, considered, fully biocompatible.

About Biofiller

Volume restoration, on your body's own terms.

Biofiller is an autologous treatment, meaning it uses material derived from your own blood, processed into a smooth gel that can be precisely placed where natural volume has been lost. Most commonly used in the lips, it offers a soft, biocompatible alternative to traditional dermal fillers.

Because Biofiller is made from your own body, there is no synthetic material being introduced. The result is a treatment that feels and reads as natural, with no risk of allergy or migration that can be associated with conventional fillers.

Treatment is suited to clients who are looking for subtle volume restoration, those who prefer to avoid synthetic dermal fillers, or anyone wanting a more conservative, biologically-driven approach to lip and lower-face treatments.

The Process

A considered approach, from consult to result.

Step 01
i.

Consultation and collection

We discuss your goals and assess facial structure to ensure Biofiller is the right approach for your concerns. A small volume of blood is then drawn, similar to a standard pathology test.

Step 02
ii.

Processing and preparation

Your blood is centrifuged and refined in-clinic into a smooth, biocompatible gel. The process takes around 30 minutes and uses only your own biological material, no additives or synthetic components.

Step 03
iii.

Precise placement and review

The prepared gel is placed using a refined injection technique focused on natural shape and movement. Results settle within the first two weeks, and a complimentary nurse review confirms you are progressing as expected.

Common Questions

The bits worth asking.

Some of the questions clients ask most often about Biofiller. Anything else can be addressed in your consultation.

How is Biofiller different from traditional filler?

Traditional dermal fillers are made from synthetic hyaluronic acid. Biofiller uses material derived entirely from your own blood, making it fully biocompatible. The result is a softer, more natural finish, with no risk of allergic reaction.

How long do the results last?

Results typically last between 6 and 12 months, depending on factors like metabolism, lifestyle and the area treated. As Biofiller is autologous, it is gradually absorbed and reintegrated by the body.

Is there any downtime?

Downtime is minimal. Most clients experience some mild swelling or occasional bruising at the treated area, settling within 24 to 48 hours. You can return to normal activity straight away.

Who is not suitable for Biofiller?

Biofiller is not recommended for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, who have active skin infections in the treatment area, or who have certain blood disorders. Suitability is always reviewed during your consultation.
